Lunch is the essential meal of the day. Lunch menu should be nutritious and you should include all the nutrition elements in it. It is necessary for the people to take extensive care of their diet. Usually people avoid having lunch but they do not know the side effects of avoiding it. They think that lunch is the source to gain weight. Actually the reality is quite different from it. Avoiding lunch can increase weight. It can cause the high blood pressure. Life is very busy and people do not have time to set their routines and manage to think prolong for lunch.   • It is really hard to decide lunch menu. You may prepare a menu or list for weekly or monthly.

  • Nature has bestowed us with so many nutritious and healthy food. We should include vegetables, meat, juices and many other things in our menu.
  • Vegetables are no doubt a good source of providing energy to our body and save us from deficiencies and diseases.
  • You may include bread, eggs and fruits in your lunch. 
  • Usually mothers are worried because they want to send their off springs along with healthy food to their schools. So they should prepare a healthy and balanced lunch for their children which could work like energy booster.
