First of all, make a separate file and set it according to the required details. Make rows and columns and you can extend them as well. Put headings on the topof the spread sheet like assets, liabilities, income and expenses. Mention all the transaction there.

Total assets

It is necessary to mention total assets of your business. It includes all the information regarding properties, cash items and supplies. Mention all the details of assets in first column of assets.  

Record of liabilities

A liability is an important term of business because it tells the total performance of the business whether it is growing or not. This detail should be mentioned in second column .

Status of income

Income is the outcome or you can say the result of your efforts. It is necessary to mention the basic income of your business.

Expenses

Expenses covers the large area because it covers the calculation of income, salaries, rents , bills, taxes, and other essential items related to it.
